Kevin J. Loftus founded Loftus Construction, Inc. in 1994 with the goal of building a firm that would focus on completing difficult, heavily-engineered projects requiring innovative, aggressive approaches. Loftus Construction, Inc. immediately began building a stronger firm with a comprehensive balance of experience and profitability by participation in such noteworthy projects as the Exton Bypass and the Philadelphia Art Museum Step Reconstruction.
In 1997, Carmen J. Valerio, PE, joined the firm to manage its operations allowing Kevin to focus on procurement and overall management. This led to yet another milestone which again strengthened the firm. For the first time, Loftus Construction, Inc. gained prequalification from PennDOT and NJDOT opening up additional markets.
Since 1997, Loftus Construction, Inc. has continued to build its success on its ability to provide Value Engineering and Design-Build Services to its clients through reducing costs and actual construction time. Our level of expertise has been enhanced by the successful completion of heavy construction projects for such clients as PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, NJDOT, SEPTA, NJ Transit, Burlington County Bridge Commission, the City of Philadelphia and more. Design-Build Projects for clients that include PennDOT, Brandywine Realty Trust, Heritage Building Group and PA DCNR have provided us with the opportunity to apply our engineering and Design-Build Services expertise to new challenges and to provide our clients with cost-effective, high-quality projects.
Loftus' approach to Construction Services and Design-Build Services is to provide cost- effective, quality projects completed safely and on time in a highly professional manner. If our approach meets your needs, please contact us at kloftus@loftusconstruction.com.
