Kevin formed Loftus Construction, Inc. in 1994 after several years working on prominent heavy construction projects in the Delaware Valley and the Washington Metropolitan area. A 1987 Graduate of Drexel University, Kevin handles the overall management of the firm, focusing on procurement, contract management, project cost accounting and financial management. Kevin is also certified as a Design-Build Professional by the Design Build Institute of America.
Carmen joined Loftus Construction, Inc. in 1997 after working on some of the largest heavy civil projects in the region for the prior fifteen years, including a senior project management role with one of the most prominent regional construction firms. A1979 Graduate of Penn State University and a licensed Professional Engineer, Carmen has full responsibility for the firm’s operations, jobsite safety and equipment fleet, as well as significant involvement in construction engineering.
Jeff joined Loftus Construction, Inc. in 1997 while still a student at Drexel University. Since graduating from Drexel in 1998, Jeff has become the embodiment of the firm’s “Grow From Within” strategy having served as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager and Estimator, in addition to securing his Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jeff directly handles the firm’s procurement efforts as well as managing its construction engineering services and overseeing its engineering subcontractors. Jeff also holds an MBA from Drexel University and is certified as a Design-Build Professional by the Design Build Institute of America.
